Yes, Quantus AG, like every securities firm and every bank in Switzerland, is obliged to sign the self-regulation “Agreement between esisuisse and its members”. Customer deposits are therefore protected up to a maximum amount of CHF 100,000 per customer. Medium-term notes deposited with the issuing bank in the name of the depositor are also considered deposits.
